Jeffry Carpenter, AICP

Jeff Carpenter specialized in transit planning, land use and transportation policy, and in real estate and right-of-way acquisition. He was formerly with the Community Redevelopment Agency of the City of Los Angeles, the Southern California Rapid Transit District, Planning Research Corporation (all in Los Angeles) and Donald Wolbrink and Associates (Honolulu, HI), as well as the City of Torrance. Jeff Carpenter attended Whitman College in Washington, studied architecture and political science at UC Berkeley where he graduated in the honors program in public administration. He holds a Master's degree in urban planning from the Graduate School of Architecture and Urban Planning (now the Luskin School of Public Policy.
