Beth Burks, AICP
Beth is the Executive Director of the Redwood Coast Energy Authority (RCEA), a community choice energy provider. She has worked in both the public and private sectors with over 20 years of experience in a career that has spanned land use, environmental, transportation, energy, and climate planning on California’s rural north coast. Beth is a Returned Peace Corps Volunteer (Nepal 02-04). She has a deep love for California, her redwood forest home, and a passion for helping rural communities thrive.
