Kacey Lizon
Kacey Lizon is the deputy executive director for planning and programs at the Sacramento Area Council of Governments, a metropolitan planning and membership organization of 22 cities and six counties. She oversees SACOG’s execution of the agency's work plan, including all of its planning, programming, and technical assistance activities. Kacey’s expertise is integrating land use, transportation and air quality planning across urban, rural and suburban places. Her other experience includes project management, policy development and implementation, scenario planning, public engagement, environmental review and impact analysis, regional housing needs planning, and data development and analysis.
